Recap: Daleville Broncos vs. Union City Indians

The Daleville Broncos and the Union City Indians squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but sadly the Daleville Broncos had to settle for second. They took a hard 51-32 fall against the Indians. Daleville's loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Despite the loss, Daleville still got an impressive performance from Isabelle Williams, who scored 24 points along with eight rebounds and two steals. Williams hasn't dropped below eight rebounds for three straight games. Another player making a difference was Modlene Campbell, who scored four points along with five rebounds.

Oaklee Reichard had a dynamite game for Union City, scoring 16 points along with seven rebounds and four steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Reichard has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Luane Schoonbroodt, who scored ten points along with three steals.

Daleville's defeat dropped their record down to 9-14. As for Union City, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 14-12.

Daleville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Union City is on the road again on Saturday and plays Clinton Central at 10:00 a.m. on February 17th. Hopefully Union City focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up eight on Saturday.
