Baseball Recap: Wednesday's Win Is Kennard-Dale's Fifth in Last Six Outings

Kennard-Dale won the last time they faced Eastern York and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Rams walked away with a 7-3 victory over the Golden Knights. That's two games straight that the Rams have won by exactly four runs.

Noah Hoffer and Avery Chenoweth did most of the damage at the plate: Hoffer went 2-for-4 with one home run and four RBI, while Chenoweth went a perfect 4-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and one RBI. Those four hits gave Chenoweth a new career-high. Ryan Perzanowski was another key player, scoring two runs while going 1-for-3.

Kennard-Dale is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.2 runs over those games. As for Eastern York, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-8.
