Canton came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 36 points) and they left with even more momentum. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Brownsboro Bears 56-28. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten games by 21 points or more this season.

Canton's victory was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 22-5. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 27.5 points per game. As for Brownsboro, their loss dropped their record down to 16-10.

Coincidentally, Canton and Brownsboro will both be playing Mabank the next time they take the court. Brownsboro will host Mabank at 1:15 p.m. on Saturday, while Canton will head out to face them at 6:15 p.m. on January 21st.
