Softball Recap: Fisher Gators vs. St. Mary's Academy Cougars
Fisher can now show off nine landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Friday. They blew past the St. Mary's Academy Cougars 18-1. The victory was just what Fisher needed coming off of an 11-3 defeat in their prior match.
Riley Tassin was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing two bases while going 2-for-2. She is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now stolen at least one in the last four games she's played. Laken Chauvin was another key contributor, going 3-for-3 with four RBI.
Fisher's win bumped their record up to 14-8. As for St. Mary's Academy, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-18.
Fisher does not have any more games scheduled as of now. St. Mary's Academy also has no future games currently scheduled.
