While Sultana's win against Victor Valley wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Sultana Sultans had just enough and edged out the Victor Valley Jackrabbits 4-2. The Sultans haven't had any issues with the Jackrabbits recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Parker Nunes looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits over four innings pitched. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one walk in three consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Conrad Munoz was excellent, scoring a run while going 1-for-2. Brody Sappington also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

Sultana's win bumped their record up to 6-2-1. As for Victor Valley, they dropped their record down to 2-5 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.

Sultana has already played their next match (against Burroughs), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Victor Valley, they will challenge Hesperia Christian at 3:15 p.m. on March 19th.
