Basketball Recap: Hillsdale Takes a Loss

Hillsdale was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were six points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 50-44 heartbreaker at the hands of the Jefferson Grizzlies. That's two games in a row now that the FIGHTING KNIGHTS have lost by exactly six points.

Hillsdale's defeat dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Jefferson, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hillsdale will host Menlo-Atherton at 7:45 p.m. on Friday. As for Jefferson, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Burlingame at 7:45 p.m.
