Soccer Recap: Fayette County Takes a Loss

Fayette County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 7-2 to the Trinity Christian Lions. Fayette County were not able to make up for their loss to Trinity Christian from their previous meeting back in March of 2024.

Fayette County's defeat dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Trinity Christian, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-3.

Fayette County wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 9-2 victory against Spalding on the 27th. As for Trinity Christian, they have also already played their next game, a 5-0 win against Langston Hughes on the 1st.
