Basketball Recap: Everett Vikings vs. East Lansing Trojans

Torbert, Jr. shot 73% from the field on his way to 26 points and six rebounds, while Thomas went 9-for-17 to rack up 24 points and eight boards. That makes it three consecutive games in which Torbert, Jr. has scored at least a third of the Trojans' points. Dequarius (DQ) Stewart was another key player, putting up nine points and six boards.

Everett's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for East Lansing, the win (which was their 26th in a row dating back to last season) raised their record to 3-0.
