Basketball Recap: Molalla Gets the Win

While Molalla didn't have the best season last year (they finished 6-13), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 45-43 win over the Elmira Falcons on Tuesday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Indians also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2016.

Molalla's victory bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Elmira, their defeat ended an eight-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 7-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Molalla will welcome Creswell at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Elmira, they will take on Glide at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
