Softball Recap: Washington Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Washington entered their tilt with Tea on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They never let the Titans get on the board and left with a 6-0 win. The Warriors have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Titans, too.

Washington's victory bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Tea, their defeat ended a six-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 2-2.

Looking ahead, Washington will welcome Harrisburg at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Warriors will need to watch out since the Tigers have now posted at least ten runs in their last four games. As for Tea, they will head out on the road to face off against Roosevelt at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Rough Riders have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed nine runs per game on average), something the Titans will no doubt try to take advantage of.
