Volleyball Recap: Nyssa Takes a Loss

Nyssa lost against Burns back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Bulldogs lost 3-0 to the Hilanders. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-7, 25-5.

Bailey Temple was a one-woman wrecking crew For Burns. as she had 15 digs and four aces. That's the most digs Temple has posted over her last 12 matchups. Baileigh Nisbet also deserves some recognition as she had her first kill of the season.

Nyssa's loss dropped their record down to 5-14. As for Burns, the victory was the 13th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 26-1.

Looking ahead, Nyssa will face off against Vale at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Burns, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Mazama on the 4th.
