Dell Rapids faced Tri-Valley in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Monday. The Quarriers came out on top against the Mustangs by a score of 5-2. The Quarriers haven't had any issues with the Mustangs recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Dell Rapids' victory bumped their record up to 10-3. As for Tri-Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 9-3.
