Volleyball Recap: Six Straight Road Wins for Orange Grove

Orange Grove hadn't done well against Sinton recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. The Bulldogs came out on top against the Pirates by a score of 2-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-2 two weeks ago.

The victory didn't come easy: Sinton scored at least 18 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-20.

Orange Grove's win was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 11-1. As for Sinton, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Orange Grove will take on Incarnate Word Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Sinton, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Cuero at 6:00 p.m.
