Perry has gone a perfect 9-0 against Orange recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Pirates will head out on the road to face off against the Lions at 7:00 p.m. Orange took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Perry, who comes in off a win.

Perry is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They blew past Lutheran West, posting a 41-6 victory. The Pirates haven't had any issues with the Longhorns recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, Orange lost to Harvey on the road by a 56-42 margin on Friday.

Perry's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Orange, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.

Everything came up roses for Perry against Orange when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as the team secured a 62-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Pirates since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
