Volleyball Game Preview: Wheat Ridge Farmers vs. Conifer Lobos + How To Watch

Wheat Ridge is 0-6 against Conifer since October of 2015 but things could change on Thursday. The Farmers will welcome the Lobos at 6:30 p.m.

On Tuesday, Wheat Ridge came up short against Pomona and fell 3-1.

While Wheat Ridge had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 20 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-20, 27-29, 25-23.

Meanwhile, Conifer hadn't done well against Green Mountain recently (they were 1-6 in their previous seven matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Lobos were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Rams. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Lobos.

The win didn't come easy: Green Mountain scored at least 21 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-21, 26-24.

Wheat Ridge now has a losing record of 7-8. As for Conifer, their victory bumped their record up to 10-3.
