After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Hill Country Christian School of Austin, Veritas Academy was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They took their contest with ease, bagging a 46-19 victory over the Concordia Cardinals. Veritas Academy has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 matches by 21 points or more this season.

Veritas Academy's win ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 13-13. As for Concordia, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last nine games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-13 record this season.

Veritas Academy has already played their next contest (against Vanguard College Prep), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Concordia will welcome Texas School for the Deaf at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Texas School for the Deaf's defense has only allowed 23.9 points per game this season, so Concordia's offense will have their work cut out for them.
