Volleyball Recap: IDEA Riverview Takes a Loss

IDEA Riverview lost against Lyford back in November of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Rockets came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-13, 25-5, 25-16.

IDEA Riverview's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Lyford, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-11.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. IDEA Riverview will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on IDEA Frontier College Prep at 7:00 p.m. on October 7. As for Lyford, they will look to defend their home court on Saturday against IDEA Sports Park at 12:00 p.m.
