Peru wins going away against Beekmantown

Recap: Peru Nighthawks vs. Beekmantown Eagles
On Saturday, while The Peru Nighthawks put up some points, the same can't be said for the Beekmantown Eagles. Everything went Peru's way against Beekmantown as Peru made off with a 20-0 win. Considering Peru has won five games by more than 19 points this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.
Zack Engstrom was the offensive standout of the game as he rushed for 141 yards and two touchdowns.
The win (which was Peru's fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-1. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 43.0 points per game. As for Beekmantown, their loss dropped their record down to 6-4.
Peru will face off against Ogdensburg Free Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Ogdensburg Free Academy will be looking to extend their current six-game winning streak. Beekmantown does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
