Atchison has gone a perfect 8-0 against Washington recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Phoenix will head out on the road to face off against the Wildcats. Washington took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Atchison, who comes in off a win.

Atchison barely beat Wyandotte the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Phoenix were the clear victors by a 4-1 margin over the Bulldogs on Thursday. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for Atchison's offense, which had struggled in the games prior.

Meanwhile, Washington was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 5-1 to Paola.

Atchison's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-3. As for Washington, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-9.
