Basketball Recap: Bandera BULLDOGS vs. Navarro Panthers
Bandera was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They took a 48-40 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Navarro Panthers. The BULLDOGS were not able to make up for their defeat to the Panthers from their previous meeting back in January of 2024.
When it comes to explaining why Bandera lost, don't look at Gabby Barrera. Despite the final result, she posted 20 points. That was a full 50% of Bandera's points, marking the third time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Kinlee Lawlis, who scored two points along with seven boards and three steals.
