Soccer Recap: Cape Hatteras Find Success

Cape Hatteras kept a clean sheet against Southside on Wednesday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Seahawks. For Cape Hatteras, this counts as revenge for the 3-2 win Southside walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2023.

Axel Valencia-Hernandez and Brody Paddock scored both of Cape Hatteras' goals, bringing their combined season tally to 11 goals.

Southside will be up against East Carteret's rather soft defense (which has allowed 5.6 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
