Volleyball Recap: Mid-Carolina Rebels vs. Clinton Red Devils
Mid-Carolina lost against Clinton last Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Mid-Carolina Rebels fell just short of the Clinton Red Devils by a score of 3-2. The Rebels haven't had much luck with the Red Devils recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Mid-Carolina took a 2-1 lead headed into the fourth set, but sadly they lost the next two. The final score came out to 25-21, 16-25, 16-25, 25-19, 15-6.
Mid-Carolina's loss ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 16-9-2. As for Clinton, the victory (which was their 12th in a row) raised their record to 16-2.
As of now, neither Mid-Carolina nor Clinton have any future games scheduled.
