Volleyball Game Preview: Park City Miners vs. Murray Spartans

The Park City Miners will face off against the Murray Spartans at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

On Thursday, Park City came up short against Stansbury and fell 3-1.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-27, 25-20, 25-13.

Meanwhile, Murray entered their contest against Salt Lake Academy on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Spartans lost 3-0 to the Griffins.

Murray couldn't get the win, but they sure gave Salt Lake Academy a tough time in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 35-33, 25-16.

Park City now has a losing record of 8-9. As for Murray, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-7.
