Winning always takes teamwork, but on Monday Jeremy Foreman stepped things up a notch to give Annapolis the 'W'. Foreman produced his best game of the campaign: he went 1-for-2 with three runs and one stolen base. Annapolis is undefeated when Foreman posts two or more runs, but 7-8 otherwise.

Foreman's strong effort led Annapolis over Thurston and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Cougars are 8-2 against the Eagles going back to April of 2019, a lead they'll look to extend.
