Softball Recap: West Noble Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for West Noble's offense. They came up short against the Fort Wayne Bishop Luers Knights on Friday, falling 17-0. The Chargers' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it ten in a row.

West Noble saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Marley Mast, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two doubles and one stolen base.

West Noble's loss dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Fort Wayne Bishop Luers, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-7.

West Noble has already played their next matchup, an 11-2 defeat against Lakeland on the 6th. As for Fort Wayne Bishop Luers, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 7-5 loss against Southwood on the 3rd.
