Basketball Recap: Siuslaw Comes Up Short

Siuslaw was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss. They fell 36-27 to the South Umpqua Lancers. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Vikings this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 43-31 on January 3rd.

Siuslaw's defeat dropped their record down to 1-17. As for South Umpqua, with the victory, they broke their six-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-11.

Siuslaw will square off against Glide at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for South Umpqua, they will welcome Douglas at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
