While Russellville's win against Todd County Central wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Panthers narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Rebels 4-3. That's more bragging rights for the Panthers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Russellville's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 8-7. As for Todd County Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-4.

Looking ahead, Russellville will head out to take on Warren Central at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Todd County Central, they will be taking part in a tournament against Edmonson County at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday.
