Softball Recap: Nazarene Christian Academy Lions vs. First Baptist Saints

Nazarene Christian Academy extended their postseason success on Tuesday against First Baptist. They were the clear victor by a 15-3 margin over the First Baptist Saints. The result was nothing new for Nazarene Christian Academy, who have now won 13 contests by nine runs or more so far this season.

Gracyn Whitsell spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and two unearned) runs on one hit and racked up 15 Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in six consecutive pitching appearances.
