West Morris Central got themselves on the board against Whippany Park on Thursday, but Whippany Park never followed suit. They walked away with a 3-0 victory over the Wildcats. Those three runs were actually the fewest the Wolfpack have put up all season, but given the result they're probably not too concerned.

West Morris Central now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Whippany Park, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 2-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. West Morris Central will challenge Morristown at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. This will be the Wolfpack's first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Whippany Park, they will be playing at home against Boonton at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Bombers have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 10.67 runs per game on average), something the Wildcats will no doubt try to take advantage of.
