Football Game Preview: Sequoyah Eagles vs. Inola Longhorns

The Sequoyah Eagles are taking a road trip to challenge the Inola Longhorns at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Sequoyah has given up an average of 26.4 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Friday, Sequoyah ended up a good deal behind Jay and lost 36-17.

Meanwhile, Inola hadn't done well against Berryhill recently (they were 0-4 in their previous four matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Longhorns walked away with a 24-17 victory over the Chiefs.

Sequoyah now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Inola, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Everything came up roses for Sequoyah against Inola in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as the squad secured a 40-10 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
