Draper APA snaps six-game streak of losses on the road

The Draper APA Eagles came into Tuesday's game having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past St. Joseph 54-52. That's another feather in the cap for Draper APA, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.

Luke Greenwell continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 14 points along with six rebounds. Another player making a difference was Carter Vijayaraghavan, who scored eight points along with five rebounds and two blocks.

Draper APA's win ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-14. As for St. Joseph, their defeat was their sixth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-13.

Draper APA will take on Rowland Hall at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Utah (Draper APA is ranked 131st, while Rowland Hall is ranked 116th). As for St. Joseph, they will head out on the road to square off against Maeser Prep Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. St. Joseph has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
