Panther Creek has gone a perfect 8-0 against Green Level recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Panther Creek Catamounts will welcome the Green Level Gators at 4:30 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Panther Creek blew Leesville Road out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Tuesday Leesville Road got their revenge. Panther Creek fell just short of Leesville Road by a score of 12-10.

Cassidy Robinson and Hannah Welborn stepped up to the plate in a big way. Robinson scored three runs and stole a base while going 3-for-4, while Welborn scored a run while going 2-for-3. Another player making a difference was Ava Burt, who scored a run while going 2-for-4.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Green Level). They came out on top in a nail-biter against Millbrook on Wednesday, sneaking past 13-12. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Gators have posted since April 17, 2024.

Panther Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Green Level, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

Panther Creek took their victory against Green Level when the teams last played back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 16-6. Will Panther Creek repeat their success, or does Green Level have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
