Soccer Game Preview: East Longmeadow vs. Central

The East Longmeadow Spartans will head out to challenge the Central Golden Eagles at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. East Longmeadow's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for five straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

On Thursday, neither East Longmeadow nor Ludlow could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

Meanwhile, Central has been on a difficult stretch since their win on September 24. They fell just short of Pope Francis Prep by a score of 1-0 on Friday.

Central's defeat dropped their record down to 5-3-6. East Longmeadow's draw makes their record 2-10-2 this season.
