Volleyball Recap: Ashbrook Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Ashbrook was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the Forestview Jaguars. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Jaguars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Ashbrook started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 20-25, 25-18, 26-24, 25-19.

Forestview found their leader in freshman Lillie Nesheim, who had 17 digs and four aces. Those 17 digs set a new season-high mark for Nesheim.

Ashbrook's defeat dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Forestview, their victory ended a four-match drought on the road and puts them at 5-11.

Ashbrook didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Crest on the 9th. As for Forestview, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against South Point on the 9th.
