Baseball Game Preview: Rowe Warriors vs. Palmview Lobos

For the second straight game, Rowe will face off against Palmview. Rowe will welcome Palmview at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Rowe will be looking to extend their current nine-game winning streak.

Rowe made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Palmview, but they still couldn't quite topple them. Rowe put the hurt on Palmview with a sharp 8-2 victory on Tuesday.

JC Garza Jr. made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up a single hit in four consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 3-for-4. What's more, he posted three RBI, the most he's had since back in April of 2024.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Matthew Garza, who scored three runs and stole two bases while going 3-for-3. Those two stolen bases gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Zavier Garcia, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two RBI and one double.
