Volleyball Recap: Sheboygan North Starts Season with Loss on the Road

Sheboygan North had to start their season on the road on Thursday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Notre Dame Academy Tritons. The Golden Raiders have struggled against the Tritons recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

While Sheboygan North ultimately came up short, they really made Notre Dame Academy work, particularly in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 26-24.

Ben Chang paced Sheboygan North's offense, picking up five kills. Chang got some help from Ephrem Kachur and his 13 assists.

Sheboygan North has already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against New Berlin Eisenhower/New Berlin West on the 28th. As for Notre Dame Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Hartford on the 28th.
