Soccer Recap: Timber Creek Gets the Win

Timber Creek can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged the MacArthur Cardinals out 1-0. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but the Falcons were the better team in the second half.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Aiden Miller, which was the first he's scored this season.

Timber Creek's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for MacArthur, they now have a losing record at 2-3.

Timber Creek wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next matchup, a 1-1 draw against Fossil Ridge on the 11th. As for MacArthur, they will head out to challenge Lake Ridge at 7:30 p.m. on January 14th.
