Softball Recap: Seminole Comes Up Short

Seminole was the 5-4 winner over Apopka when they last played one another back in March of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Seminoles fell 12-7 to the Blue Darters on Wednesday.

Molly Green was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two doubles. The team also got some help courtesy of Madie Baker, who went 2-for-4 with one double and one RBI.

Seminole's defeat dropped their record down to 8-14. As for Apopka, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-4 record this season.

As of now, neither Seminole nor Apopka have any future games scheduled.
