Sterlington has gone a perfect 4-0 against D'Arbonne Woods recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Sterlington Panthers are taking a road trip to take on D'Arbonne Woods at 6:00 p.m. Sterlington is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.

Sterlington's defeat came about despite a quality game from Cooper Nelson, who posted 15 points. That was a full 48.4% of Sterlington's points, marking the third time in a row Nelson has scored more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Gaven Evans, who earned four points and three steals.

Meanwhile, D'Arbonne Woods hadn't done well against Homer recently (they were 0-4 in their previous four matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. D'Arbonne Woods came out on top against Homer by a score of 68-57.

D'Arbonne Woods is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 19-11 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.3 points over those games. As for Sterlington, their loss dropped their record down to 12-17.

Sterlington was able to grind out a solid victory over D'Arbonne Woods in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, winning 75-65. Will Sterlington repeat their success, or does D'Arbonne Woods have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
