Basketball Game Preview: Cathedral Fighting Irish vs. St. Michael's Horsemen

The Cathedral Fighting Irish are taking a road trip to square off against the St. Michael's Horsemen at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Cathedral is coming into the match on a four-game losing streak.

Last Tuesday, Cathedral came up short against Burges and fell 57-45.

Meanwhile, St. Michael's ended the year with a bang, routing Valencia 59-39 two weeks ago. The Horsemen have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 20 points or more this season.

St. Michael's is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.5 points per game. As for Cathedral, their loss dropped their record down to 9-14.
