Volleyball Game Preview: Woodlawn Trailblazers vs. Kingdom Leadership Academy Chargers

The Woodlawn Trailblazers will challenge the Kingdom Leadership Academy Chargers at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Friday, Woodlawn got the win against Langtree Charter Academy by a conclusive 3-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Trailblazers.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Woodlawn took every set by at least 12 points. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-13, 25-9.

Jaylyn Henderson was the offensive standout of the matchup as he had five aces.

Meanwhile, Kingdom Leadership Academy gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Monday. They won by a set and slipped past Olympic 3-2. The win was some much needed relief for the Chargers as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak dating back to last season.
