East Wilkes entered their tilt with Alleghany on Wednesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the Alleghany Trojans by a score of 55-48. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Cardinals also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2024.

East Wilkes has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.3 points per game. As for Alleghany, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-8.

East Wilkes will look to defend their home court on Friday against Mount Airy at 8:00 p.m. One thing working in Mount Airy's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three matches. As for Alleghany, they will head out on the road to challenge South Stokes at 7:45 p.m. on Friday. South Stokes will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something Alleghany surely won't give up without a fight.
