Wilson hasn't had much luck against South Oak Cliff recently, but that could start to change on Friday. After each having a week off, the two teams will shake off the cobwebs and hit the field against one another at 7:00 p.m. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Wilson comes in on three and South Oak Cliff on four.
Wilson is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They claimed a resounding 41-14 victory over Adamson.

Ernesto Bernard was a one-man wrecking crew as he threw for 201 yards and three touchdowns while completing 77.8% of his passes. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in rushing yards (21). Another player making a difference was Luke Walsh, who picked up 65 receiving yards and a pair of TDs.
Meanwhile, South Oak Cliff's rock-solid defense showed up for the team's third consecutive shutout last Friday. They blew past Hillcrest, posting a 55-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Bears, who have now won three games by 44 points or more so far this season.
Wilson better keep an eye on Jayden Williams. He was instrumental in South Oak Cliff's win, rushing for 65 yards and two scores, while also throwing for 160 yards and a pair of touchdowns while completing 71.4% of his passes. Mikail Trotter was another key player, rushing for 63 yards and two TDs on only six carries.
South Oak Cliff was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 249 rushing yards. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their rushing yard total in four consecutive contests.
On the defensive side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to South Oak Cliff's defense and their four sacks. That dominant display was truly a team effort as four different players picked up one apiece. Tramell Minter was another major factor on D, picking up a sack and making four total tackles (3.0 for loss) in addition to snagging an interception.
The victory got Wilson back to even at 3-3. As for South Oak Cliff, their win bumped their record up to 5-1.
Wilson took a serious blow against South Oak Cliff when the teams last played back in October of 2024, falling 57-7. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Trotter, who rushed for 92 yards and a pair of scores on only nine carries. Now that the Wildcats know the damage he can cause, will they be able to stop him this time? There's only one way to find out.
