Volleyball Game Preview: Lapwai Wildcats vs. Timberline Spartans + How To Watch

The Lapwai Wildcats will face off against the Timberline Spartans at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Lapwai will be strutting in after a win while Timberline will be coming in after a defeat.

It was a proper cat-fight when Lapwai challenged Kendrick on Thursday. The Wildcats blew past the Tigers 3-0. The Wildcats haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

While Lapwai won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-17, 27-25.

Meanwhile, Timberline was not able to break out of their rough patch last Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to Nezperce.

The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-6, 25-16.

Lapwai now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Timberline, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-5.

Lapwai came out on top in a nail-biter against Timberline in their previous matchup two weeks ago, sneaking past 3-2. Will the Wildcats repeat their success, or do the Spartans have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
