The home team had come away the winner the last six times Beaverton and Aloha had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Beavers won by a run and slipped past the Warriors 2-1. That's more bragging rights for the Beavers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Beaverton's record is now 12-2. As for Aloha, their loss was their eighth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 4-12.

Beaverton will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Warriors: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
