Basketball Recap: Garden Grove Argonauts vs. Laguna Hills Hawks
Garden Grove was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They received a blow as they fell 53-39 to the Laguna Hills Hawks. The Argonauts were not able to make up for their loss to the Hawks from their previous meeting back in December of 2019.
Garden Grove's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Neiman Quach, who posted 15 points and seven rebounds. That was a full 38.5% of Garden Grove's points, marking the fourth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ethan Juarez, who put up 11 points along with five assists and three steals.
