Soccer Recap: Yucaipa Comes Up Short

After flying high against Redlands last Thursday, Yucaipa came back down to earth. The Yucaipa Thunderbirds fell just short of the Cajon Cowboys by a score of 1-0 on Tuesday. The Thunderbirds were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Cowboys earlier this season, when they won 2-1.

Yucaipa has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-7-4 record this season. As for Cajon, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 16-8-2.

As of now, neither Yucaipa nor Cajon have any future games scheduled.
