Softball Recap: Arrowhead Christian Takes a Loss

Arrowhead Christian blew Woodcrest Christian out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Tuesday Woodcrest Christian got their revenge. The Eagles fell just short of the Royals by a score of 7-5. The Eagles' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it eight in a row.

Chloe Hernandez made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 3-for-3 with three stolen bases, two runs, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Gianna Dogero, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI.

Arrowhead Christian's loss dropped their record down to 10-13. As for Woodcrest Christian, the victory snapped their losing streak at 12 games and leaves them with a 7-13 record.

Arrowhead Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Woodcrest Christian, they will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Loma Linda Academy at 3:30 p.m.
