Prep Charter took a seven-run loss the last time they faced off against Swenson Arts & Tech, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Huskies skirted past the Lion 1-0. The victory was nothing new for the Huskies as they're now sitting on five straight.

Prep Charter's record now sits at 7-1. As for Swenson Arts & Tech, with the defeat, they broke their six-game winning streak and moved their record to 6-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Prep Charter will head out to challenge Bodine at 3:15 p.m. on Monday. The Ambassadors have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 8.8 runs per game on average), something the Huskies will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Swenson Arts & Tech, they will venture away from home to take on Martin Luther King at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday. The Lion's pitchers better be ready for this one: the Cougars have averaged an impressive 9.9 runs per game this season.
