High Point Central is still winless after their game against T.W. Andrews on Wednesday, but the team can take solace in the fact it was the closest they've come to winning. They were two runs away from ending the streak, but they lost a 15-13 heartbreaker at the hands of the T.W. Andrews Red Raiders. One positive for the Bison, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

High Point Central's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for T.W. Andrews, their record now sits at 2-6.

Looking ahead, High Point Central will look to defend their home field on Friday against Northeast Guilford at 6:00 p.m. High Point Central has given up an average of 17 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week. As for T.W. Andrews, they are taking a road trip to challenge Morehead at 5:00 p.m. on March 28th.
